  • With Service Providers: We share your information with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics for usage data analysis) to help us deliver our services.

  • Legal and Compliance Reasons: We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to subpoenas or court orders, or to protect our legal rights.

  • In Case of Business Transactions: If Bloomy is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
